Can I try it first?
Yes. The free demo gives you 8 real plays with no card and no sign-up. It's the same app the paid members use — you just get 8 plays instead of 100. Takes about three minutes.
How do 15 players get in?
You get one code by email. Send it to your players. Each one signs in with their own name and email plus that code. Fifteen players fit on a code. Your own sign-in as the coach does not use up one of the fifteen, so you can look around without costing a player a spot. The 16th player gets turned away.
Where is my code?
It's emailed the moment you check out, to the address you paid with. If it isn't there in a few minutes, check spam and promotions. Still nothing? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll resend it.
Do players need to download anything?
No. It opens in the web browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop. There is no app to install.
What level is this for?
The plays are the same at every age. Where to go and when to go doesn't change from 60 feet to 90. Coaches with younger teams make the small changes they already make at practice. If a player is old enough to have a position, he's old enough to learn it.
Does it cover hitting or pitching?
No. Defense only — where to stand, cutoffs and relays, bunts, first and third, rundowns, and backing up.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, yourself, at the billing portal. Sign in with the email you bought with. You keep access through the end of the year you already paid for — canceling does not shut your code off early.
What if it's not for us?
Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll send your money back. You don't have to say why.
What happens when the year is up?
It renews once a year at the same price unless you cancel. If you cancel, it keeps working until the year is up. Then the code stops.
Can I swap players on a team code?
Yes. Email us the code and the email address of the player who left, and we'll open that spot back up for someone new. Teams change. That's normal.
